Year 7 BookBuzz

The School Library was buzzing with excitement this week as every student in Year 7 received a book to keep. Once again, we subscribed to the Bookbuzz scheme organised by national charity the BookTrust and the whole year group placed their orders way back in September with the promise that the books should arrive just in time for Christmas. School Librarian Mrs Kemp commented that as the end of term approached, Year 7 students kept asking whether the parcels had arrived yet. "The children were delighted to receive their chosen books at the end of their festive Library lessons and eagerly started reading their chosen titles straight away."
