Year 13 Geography Field Trip to Dorset
2 Oct 23
Geography students enjoyed three days in Dorset between 28th September and 30th September, staying at Leeson House Field Studies Centre, as part of their NEA studies for the A Level course. They investigated the effectiveness of the coastal management at Swanage beach, visited Boscombe to look at urban regeneration and explored a great example of a high energy coastline at Durdle Door at Lulworth Cove. We also stopped en route at the Hamble to look at their Southampton Docks Case Study.
