Admissions

We accept applications from both The Angmering School Year 11 students, and those from other schools and colleges.

All applications are made directly to the Sixth Form using the online application form, including existing Angmering School students.
Admission directly into Y13 or in-year admissions are occasionally available and enquiries should be made directly to the Sixth Form office on 01903 778391 or 6thformoffice@theangmeringschool.co.uk.  

Application Process

  • Complete the online application form.

  • If you are not sure which courses to choose, you may find the booklet below useful.

  • If you are applying from another school, and were not able to visit us for the Open Evening in October, you are welcome to request a tour of the Sixth Form and meet with Mrs Knox, Leader of Sixth Form, to discuss your requirements before applying. You may find it helpful to watch Mrs Knox's presentation here first. 

  • Once we receive your application, you will receive confirmation and will be invited to an interview. (Please note that interviews will begin to be booked in from 2nd December 2024). This is an opportunity to get to know you better, discuss your choices, and make sure that these are the best fit for you and any career plans you may have.

  • We will make you a conditional offer for a place in the Sixth Form if you are on track to meet the entry requirements for your choices.

  • You will be invited to a taster event in the summer after your GCSEs.

  • Final subject choices are confirmed at enrolment in consultation with the Sixth Form Staff Team.
